At The Little Society, our group leaders aren’t just teachers they’re cultivators of wonder, community, and connection.
We’re looking for warm, dependable mamas who feel called to create intentional spaces for toddlers and fellow moms. If you love children, believe in the power of play, and want to help build something beautiful, we’d love to meet you. 

• Lead one-two weekly classes (1 hour) in your assigned group
• Prepare simple, pre-planned activities (we provide the curriculum and materials!)
• Create a welcoming, gentle atmosphere for toddlers and mothers
• Communicate with your group’s families as needed
• Help set up or tidy up your group’s space
• Feel free to bring your little one!

• Approx. 20 hours/month per group (includes class + prep + arrival+ field trip)
• Additional hours available if you choose to lead more than one group! 
• Group leaders arrive 15–30 minutes before class time
• 8 Month Contract (May-August off for Summer)

• Moms with young children (no formal experience required)
• Friendly, reliable, and gentle communicators
• Comfortable leading simple songs, story time, and activities
• Values-aligned with our community culture (faith-friendly, respectful of gentle parenting, etc.)
• CPR/ First Aid Certified is a plus

We believe your time and heart are valuable and we want this role to feel worth it.

• Group leaders are compensated for up to 20 hours per month, including your weekly class, planning time, team meetings, and occasional field trips
• Pay ranges from $10 to $45 per hour, depending on your group size and involvement
• The more your group grows, the more you earn... leaders who help bring new families into the community will see that reflected in their pay
